Contest Rules:

WHO ARE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY

Giveaway 2008 Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. 
•	Wiredset and South Park Giveaway runs from August through September (or else otherwise noted).
•	Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The drawing will be conducted by WiredSet, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters related to these Official Rules shall be final and binding.
•	WiredSet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Web Site or any web site related to the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of registration will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winner may be required to provide WiredSet with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the potentially winning entry. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
•	Limitations of Liability: Contest Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
•	Only one person per household may be a winner in any 30-day period.
•	For prizes valued at $500 or more, the winner must be at least 18 years old. No person may win such a prize more than once in any six-month period.
•	WiredSet and Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value; winners do not have any right to substitution of prizes.
•	Prizes must be claimed by the winners, and are not transferable.
•	Where a prize consists of tickets for a sporting event, concert, movie, play or similar event, neither WiredSet nor the Contest Sponsors will be responsible for cancellation. In that event, the winner must deal exclusively with the promoter of the event.
•	Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.
•	Particular contests may limit eligibility to persons of a certain age, who live in a given geographic location, or who work in a particular job, by way of example. Contestants are responsible for determining whether such eligibility limitations apply to a particular contest or promotion.
•	Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification that they have won. Prizes not so claimed will revert back to the Contest Sponsors.
•	Unless specific contest rules provide otherwise, all prizes consisting of trips must be taken within one year of the award. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
•	Winners of prizes consisting of trips must book such trips at least 60 days in advance.
•	Unless specific contest rules provide otherwise, prizes consisting of trips may not be booked for holiday travel.
•	Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state and local laws.
•	It may take up to or over 10 weeks for delivery, depending on the prize.
•	The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by WiredSet is reserved exclusively to WiredSet. Its decisions shall be final.
•	All contests entries become the property of WiredSet and if the appropriate box is checked the Contest Sponsor.
